DBM Capital Partners was founded in 2006 as a corporate finance and asset management company to develop the opportunity present between investors and miners located in Russia and the rest of the world. In 2007 DBM Capital Partners launched Sayan Investments, a fund dedicated to precious metals mining in Russia/CIS.  Additionally, transactions totaling over $160mn in acquisitions, financing and development were closed by the end of 2009. In the first quarter of 2009 DBM Capital Partners underwent a corporate restructuring with a division between asset management and corporate finance activities. The current DBM Capital Partners is the successor to DBM Capital Partners’ corporate finance business.
