Completed deals as of June 1, 2008 had a total value of $130 mn and included:
  • Sole advisor on acquisition of base metal deposit
  • Sole advisor on acquisition of gold deposit
  • Arranged several working capital financings for mining companies 
  • Arranged seed financing for multiple service companies in resources sector
Pending deals currently have a total value of over $200mn and include advising on acquisition or merger of assets between several domestic and foreign clients in the precious metals mining sector, as well as exploration and development financings.
